During the Knowledge Test (Electronic), applicants who require the questions and answers to be read aloud must bring their own headphones. All apps, browser tabs, and pages must be closed except for the testing page, and switching screens or leaving the test page is strictly prohibited. Devices such as phones or tablets must be placed flat on the table and remain visible at all times. Screenshots, screen recordings, photos, and video recordings are not permitted. This is a closed-book test, and all reference materials or outside resources must be closed and stored away before the exam begins. Talking, receiving assistance, or peeking at another person’s screen is considered cheating and will result in disqualification. Silence must be maintained throughout the test, and no bathroom breaks are allowed once the test has started; please use the restroom beforehand. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the test. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@IDAdriving.com or by replying directly to your confirmation email. Free Rescheduling: Request made with more than 48 hours' notice. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees: - Service fee is non-refundable. - All cancellations incur a $20 fee (plus service fee) per session, regardless of notice period. - Notice made within 24-48 hours: $50 per appointment hour. - Notice made less than 24 hours: any rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals exceeding a 10-minute grace period from the appointment time or if valid documentation is not presented on the day of the appointment.​ ​
