Why register for IDA's Teen Drivers Program?

  • Legal Requirement: In Washington State, teens aged 15 to 18 are required to complete a driver education program before obtaining their driver's license. Our Teen Drivers Program fulfills this requirement and prepares teens for the responsibilities of driving.

  • Safety: Teen drivers are at a higher risk of accidents due to their lack of experience. Our program focuses on teaching safe driving practices and defensive techniques to help reduce the risk of accidents and injuries.

  • Confidence: Learning to drive can be intimidating for teens. Our program provides a supportive learning environment where teens can build their confidence behind the wheel and feel prepared for the challenges of driving.

  • Insurance Benefits: Completing a driver education program may qualify teens for discounts on their auto insurance premiums. By registering for our program, teens can potentially save money on insurance costs.
