Cancellation Policy

Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, with confirmation sent via the email provided in the sign-up form. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour. Sessions will not be recorded without consent. Respectful behavior is mandatory, and any inappropriate behavior will terminate the session. IDA is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on the consultation.
