Cancellation Policy

A 5% service fee will be added to all transactions. This fee covers administrative costs and will be reflected in your final invoice. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@IDAdriving.com or by replying directly to your confirmation email. Free Rescheduling: Request made more than 48 hours' notice. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees: - All cancellations incur a $20 fee per session, regardless of notice period. - Notice made within 24-48 hours: $50 per appointment hour. - Notice made less than 24 hours: any rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals exceeding a 10-minute grace period from the appointment time or if valid documentation is not presented on the day of the appointment.​ ​
